  Adam Foote was born in Toronto Ontario Canada, July 10, 1971. Adam's favorite team growing up was the Toronto Maple Leafs. His favorite players growing up here Borje Salming and Darryl Sittler. His Mentors are Ted Nolan, and his Dad. Adam's favorite movie is The Shawshank Redemption; his favorite TV show is Cheers. Adam married his Fiancée Jennifer, in August 1997, they are now expecting their first child this winter.

Adam was a major part of the Colorado Avalanche winning the Stanley cup. Adam is a defensmen. He has played for SS Marie, Halifax, Quebec Nordiques and Colorado Avalanche. Adam says his most memorable NHL moment was holding the Stanley cup over his head. Who's Adam's toughest opponent? Cam Neeley. Toughest opposing goalie Adam? John Vanbiesbrouck. What is Adam's favorite NHL City? Chicago. Least favorite? Hartford and Buffalo. You may wonder what the hardest part of being a hockey player is Adam says "Tying my skates everyday. Adam's hobby is to Fish and Play golf. Favorite food Adam? Shake -N- Bake with chicken and mashed potatoes and corn. Adam's favorite book is Master of the Game.
